Ground rules for using picszn
These terms govern access to picszn, including uploads, challenges, and community participation.
User-generated content & AI Liability
You must own or have permission to upload every image you process through picszn. You are solely responsible for the prompts provided to the AI and the resulting outputs. picszn is not liable for offensive, copyright-infringing, or inappropriate content generated through the AI tools.
Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Data retention & deletion
Registered user data (profile, images, leaderboard history) is retained for as long as your account is active. Guest-created images are automatically purged after 7 days. Application logs are retained for 30 days. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard — deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Right to data portability
You have the right to export your personal data in a machine-readable format. The "Export My Data" tool in your dashboard settings generates a downloadable archive containing your profile information, images, download history, and activity records. This right is provided in compliance with GDPR Article 20, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act.
Future commerce features
The gifting system is visible but not enabled in this release. No gifting-related purchase is completed until that feature is officially launched and terms are updated accordingly.
