By accessing and using PicSzn (www.picszn.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
PicSzn provides a curated library of AI image prompts and associated visual examples. We do not provide AI image generation services directly; our platform helps users create prompts for use in third-party tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and DALL-E.
3. Intellectual Property
The layout, design, and curated collections of prompts on PicSzn are the property of PicSzn. While individual prompts may be used for personal or commercial image generation, the bulk scraping or redistribution of our library is strictly prohibited.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the prompts in a lawful manner and respect the terms of service of the third-party AI generation platforms they use. PicSzn is not responsible for the content generated by users using our prompts.
5. Limitation of Liability
PicSzn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
